In order to make the platform as trustworthy, secure and safe as we can without providing any personal endorsements we endeavour but have no obligation to carry out some basic id checks. The degree of checks depend on whether you are a professional or consumer user.
If the information you have provided us does not allow us to verify your identity then you may not be able to register an account with us.

A record of the search will be retained by us for up to 12 months from the date of termination of your account.

Payment processing

Payment details you provide will be encrypted using secure sockets layer (SSL) technology before they are submitted to us over the internet. Payments made on the Site are made through our payment gateway provider, Stripe. You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Stripe which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Information which you supply to Stripe  is not within our control and is subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions.

You will be providing credit or debit card information directly to Apple which operates a secure server to process payment details, encrypting your credit/debit card information and authorising payment. Security

We place great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our users.
